✨ Change of Mind Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✨ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.

✨ Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as skincare, body products, or earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
